WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email sent after your purchase.

TRACKING NOT UPDATING?

Tracking information may take some time to update after your order has been dispatched. Carrier scans can also be delayed while your parcel is moving between facilities or countries. If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period, please contact KYEVORA Support with your order number.

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders typically require 2–3 business days for processing before dispatch. Standard estimated delivery after dispatch is approximately 9–12 business days. During high-demand periods, delivery may take approximately 15–17 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

ORDER MARKED AS DELIVERED?

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbours, reception or other secure delivery locations where applicable. If you still cannot locate your order, contact KYEVORA Support with your order number.
