SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
We ship internationally to supported destinations. Orders typically require 2–3 business days for processing. After dispatch, delivery is estimated at approximately 9–12 business days, and may take approximately 15–17 business days during high-demand periods.
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and destination and displayed at checkout.
RETURNS
Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original condition with original tags attached.
For change-of-mind, size or fit-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For eligible faulty, damaged or incorrect items, KYEVORA covers the return shipping cost.
