This website is operated under the KYEVORA trading name by Muhammad Awais, a self-employed business operator (Autónomo) established in Spain.
Throughout these Terms, “KYEVORA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of KYEVORA.
KYEVORA offers this website, including all information, products, features and services available through kyevora.com (collectively, the “Services”), subject to these Terms of Service.
Our online store is powered by Shopify.
By visiting our website, purchasing from us or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced on our website.

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
After you place an order, you may receive an automated order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.

KYEVORA does not ask customers to send complete payment-card credentials through ordinary customer-service email.
6. ORDER PROCESSING AND FULFILMENT
KYEVORA may work with third-party production, fulfilment, logistics and delivery partners to process and deliver orders.
As a result, products within the same order may in some circumstances be processed or shipped separately.
You may therefore receive more than one parcel or tracking number for an order containing multiple products.
Processing and delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping availability, methods and charges may depend on the products ordered, destination and available delivery service.
Applicable shipping charges are shown during checkout before the order is completed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an address error after ordering, contact support@kyevora.com as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or fulfilment has begun.
Delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays or other disruptions.
Your mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Because orders may enter processing or fulfilment quickly, we cannot guarantee that a requested modification or cancellation can be completed after an order has been submitted.
This does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to you.
